She is a quiet individual and showed aggression to complete the work allotted to her, and sometimes worked far into the late hours and on holidays on urgent assignments that brooked no delay. She is a star performer, an ideal raw material for management training and eventually I am sure, she will adore the management berths magnificently. She works with zeal and enthusiasm, following the maxim, “that it is better to deserve without receiving, than to receive without deserving”. She is a sensitive individual with a realistic base and I am sure, she will grow in the areas of her choice. She has always proved to be a responsible official.
Her present goal is to do the Master of Finance Program in US, which I believe is in tune with her interest, abilities, and in tandem with the future possibilities that she visualizes for herself. In times to come, she would be the asset to the Organization for which she would be working for. I accept her resignation from our Organization with reluctance, as she has been a very good hand. She has the zeal for extra-curricular activities and the sportsman spirit is evident in her disposition with her
