Student Question and Writers
Users may submit questions to the Services and select certain parameters for their question. Along with their questions, Users may be able to submit a price range indicating the price they would pay for an answer to their submitted question. They also should set deadline for which they need the final answer be submitted. Users shall be able to select auto-match for Writting Errands to match a Writer to answer the question or the User may request Writers submit bids to respond to the question. Users may request that only certain Writers bid on a question or they may allow other Writers to bid on a question by sending invitations.
Writers will bid on a question by offering a price to answer a question. Once a User accepts a Writer for a particular question, Writting Errands will charge the User a down payment amount, except if the User has a credit balance account on Writting Errands to cover the price of the question.
Accepted Writers will be able to communicate with support or admin on the Services and through chat functionality within the Services.
The Services may include, at our discretion, access to tools to check if Writer Submissions are original work. Writting Errands does not guarantee the tools, their accuracy or their results and Writting Errands nor Users are obligated to use such tools. Writers are not employees or agents of Writting Errands. Writting Errands acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction between Users and the Writer. The laws, regulations, other governing authorities, standards, practices and procedures that apply to your particular question may differ depending on your location and information typically discovered through in-person evaluations or visits. For example, Writers in some categories may be licensed, certified, educated, employed by or have experience in only particular jurisdictions.
When Users submit a question, the User will be required to pay a down-payment fee for the question plus a transaction fee for their question to appear on the questions list for the writers to make their bids. The writer will now be expected to bid on such a question by inputting the price they are willing to accept for the given requirements of the questions. The User must close and confirm a question session at any time as long as it is not more than three (3) days after the question’s due date. If the User does not close the question within that time period, the answer to the question from the Writer will be deemed closed, confirmed and acceptable on the third day after the question’s due date. Once the question is closed, Writting Errands will pay the Writer the applicable fee, less the transaction fee as indicated on the payments page. The user must rate the writer by giving reviews regarding such a writer to enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional fees may apply for ‘study emergency’ or urgent questions with less than 4hours or for the use of pre-answered questions and/or documents. If applicable, Writers will also be paid for selling their pre-answered old questions (not previously submitted on the Services) or their documents as indicated on the payment page, less applicable transaction fees.
Writers bidding and answering a question marked as Study Emergency will be alerted that you are looking for quick and quality help. Typically, these types of questions receive faster responses from Writers.
If you submit a question and accept to pay the down payment for the question or if you purchase a pre-answered question or document, you are expressly agreeing that Writting Errands is permitted to bill you the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur with Writting Errands in connection with your purchase (“Charges”).
