Summarize the negotiation (no more than one page)
Determine your target point and resistance points
What are your interests and what is your BATNA?
How will you react to positional bargaining by your counterpart?
What can you do to ensure an interest-based negotiation?
Carry out your negotiation, then engage in reflective practice. What worked well? What can be improved for future negotiation?
